The Office of Congressman Abe Hamadeh has recently used its social media platform to address a range of national issues, including homelessness and the aftermath of the Russia collusion investigation. The statements were posted between August 2 and August 3, 2025.
On August 2, the office posted about federal policy on homelessness: “The Trump administration recognizes compassion must be the cornerstone of all our approaches on homelessness, whether providing a hand up to those facing financial-based homelessness or hospitalization for those experiencing mental health issues.”
The following day, Congressman Hamadeh responded to developments related to the Russia collusion probe in an interview with Garrett Lewis. On August 3, he stated: “There has to be justice. There has to be accountability. People need to be locked up.” Later that day, Hamadeh added: “A lot of people get in positions of power, and they say, ‘Oh, here I am. We’re going to have to move on.’ NO. What Kash Patel and President Trump, what they understand is that without justice, this is going to continue happening.”
Abraham Hamadeh was elected in 2024 after defeating Gregory Whitten in the general election by a margin of 56.5% to 43.5%. His recent comments reflect ongoing discussions at both local and national levels regarding government responses to social challenges and political investigations.
