At 12:30 p.m. UTC, Livingston wrote, “Ending DEI https://t.co/7ThcPolX3N”. Two minutes later, at 12:33 p.m. UTC, he posted another message: “Trade and Tariffs https://t.co/ZWvHuehzlg”. Shortly after that, at 12:33 p.m. UTC as well, he added a third tweet: “Clinton https://t.co/TQk3iQSUUI”.
