The following day, on September 2, he made two consecutive posts both referencing safety in the nation’s capital. The first read “Making DC safe again https://t.co/FJ6m6IANIG”, and the second repeated this message with a different link: “Making DC safe again https://t.co/YVM3xDutOV”.
Livingston was elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 to represent District 28, succeeding Kelli Butler. As a state legislator, his recent social media activity reflects ongoing concerns among some elected officials regarding election security and urban crime rates.
