Later that day, at 15:12 UTC, Livingston posted two similar messages regarding criminal activity by undocumented individuals. The first read: “Captured another criminal Illegal https://t.co/RlH1xzQNWe”. Shortly after, he posted again with identical wording: “Captured another criminal Illegal https://t.co/6HbnKkCRfa”.
