David Livingston, a Republican member of the Arizona State House representing the 28th District since 2023, posted a series of tweets on April 9, 2026, addressing issues ranging from election integrity to legislative transparency.

Shortly after, at 00:10 UTC, he commented on legislative proceedings in Arizona by stating, “The Veto Queen strikes again and vetoed my transparency bill https://t.co/lyi2IjIeMv”. Livingston began serving in the Arizona State House after being elected in 2023. He succeeded Kelli Butler as representative for the state’s 28th House District.
