On April 8, Livingston posted, “The Veto Queen strikes again”, referencing recent gubernatorial veto activity. Later that evening, he tweeted about law enforcement developments with the message, “Captured more criminal Illegals”.
The following day, Livingston commented on legislative priorities by stating, “House Republicans fighting for Election Reforms”.
Livingston was elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 after succeeding Kelli Butler as representative for District 28.
