On March 27, 2026, Livingston wrote, “Governor Hobbs is failing Arizona https://t.co/zYbMMZncmy”.

Later that day, on March 28, he followed up with another post stating simply “ELIMINATED https://t.co/ofXkOuatRA”.

Shortly after, he added another comment: “The Veto Queen strikes again https://t.co/bsaO3YPq44”.

Livingston succeeded Kelli Butler as state representative for Arizona’s 28th House District following his election in 2023. His recent posts are part of ongoing political discourse between Republican lawmakers and Democratic Governor Katie Hobbs regarding legislative priorities and vetoes.
