David Livingston, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 representing the state’s 28th House District, posted a series of statements on his social media account on August 30, 2025.
In one post, Livingston stated, “Arizona ESA’S are winning over parents and their children https://t.co/rPjf6ePoRO” (August 30, 2025). In another post published shortly after, he wrote simply: “Election Fraud https://t.co/U2z8UDTTDl” (August 30, 2025). Later that day, Livingston shared a third post containing only a link: “https://t.co/umcvlFakJ0” (August 30, 2025).
Livingston succeeded Kelli Butler as representative for Arizona’s 28th House District following his election in 2023.
