On his social media account, Livingston stated “Ending CRT” on August 5, 2025. Later that day, he posted “Right vs wrong”. He also shared a post reading “Great Jeans”.
Livingston was elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 and serves as the representative for the state’s 28th House District. He succeeded Kelli Butler in this role.
