In one post, Livingston wrote, “Captured and Deportation is NEXT https://t.co/UqwEV9Yi0l” (January 28, 2026). In another tweet published minutes later, he stated, “You’re FIRED https://t.co/yhKLyvw62N” (January 28, 2026). Shortly after that message, Livingston added a third post: “Stock market record https://t.co/PUuwXoGUNg” (January 28, 2026).
Livingston was elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 and succeeded Kelli Butler as the representative for the state’s 28th House District.
