On March 29, Livingston posted “Bang https://t.co/vOpTGrt7ak” at 23:35 UTC. Shortly after, at 23:37 UTC on the same day, he tweeted “Election Fraud https://t.co/FpQPHuxmFX”. On March 30 at 02:30 UTC, Livingston added another post stating “Captured another criminal Illegal https://t.co/qrlfSHpnJt”.
Livingston began serving in the Arizona State House following his election in 2023, succeeding Kelli Butler as representative for District 28.
