Later that morning at 4:05 a.m., he shared another message stating, “Criminal https://t.co/ULwWm0YhnG”.

At 7:05 a.m., Livingston published a third post referencing Scottsdale, simply saying, “Scottsdale https://t.co/xRzSHZSAgv”.

Livingston succeeded Kelli Butler as representative for Arizona’s 28th House District after his election in 2023. He has been active in public discussions concerning state and local matters since taking office.
