On August 17, 2025, Livingston posted: “Election Fraud https://t.co/zmm9V2D7pZ”. Shortly after, he added another post stating: “Amen https://t.co/EJH7cCoViw”.
The following day, on August 18, 2025, Livingston addressed economic issues with a brief statement: “Tariff Revenue https://t.co/Ozmv12zmnD”.
Livingston began serving in the Arizona State House after winning the seat for District 28 in 2023. He succeeded Kelli Butler as state representative.
