On August 14, 2025, Livingston posted “Ending sanctuary cites https://t.co/Ozz5crp316”. The following day, he added “Yep https://t.co/WHQ64URG9b” on August 15, 2025. Shortly after, he also posted “Democrats https://t.co/U9iVPXECS2”.
Livingston began serving in the Arizona State House in 2023 after replacing former representative Kelli Butler. As a member of the Republican Party, he represents constituents from the state’s 28th district.
