On April 7, 2026, Livingston posted “Georgia Election https://t.co/PODkaf8l9B” at 02:27 UTC. Shortly after, he published another message stating “ELIMINATED https://t.co/X5c7A3twdF” at 02:30 UTC. Later that morning, he again referenced the event with a post reading “Georgia Election https://t.co/1IUiqb6IKX” at 03:28 UTC.
Livingston replaced Kelli Butler as representative for Arizona’s 28th House District after his election in 2023.
