Later that day, he posted another message: “Ending DEI https://t.co/bVprKHrSR3” (March 27, 2026). Minutes afterward, Livingston added a third statement: “ELIMINATED https://t.co/1UoZGb1kWa” (March 27, 2026).
Livingston was elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 and began representing the state’s 28th House District after succeeding Kelli Butler. As a Republican lawmaker, he has publicly addressed topics related to immigration enforcement and diversity policies.
