David Livingston, a Republican member of the Arizona State House representing the 28th District, posted several statements on his social media account on February 25, 2026.
In one post, Livingston wrote: “Captured another criminal Illegal https://t.co/sr1n3hTsmV” (posted February 25, 2026). In a separate message posted minutes later, he stated: “Schiff lies https://t.co/zo2N54YrcM” (posted February 25, 2026). Later that evening, Livingston posted: “3 million https://t.co/UDFwSpcMyU” (posted February 25, 2026).
Livingston was elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 to represent the state’s 28th House District. He succeeded Kelli Butler as state representative.
