David Livingston, a Republican and member of the Arizona State House representing the 28th District since 2023, posted several brief updates on his social media account in mid-August 2025.
On August 12, Livingston wrote, “5 more Judicial nominees https://t.co/z0vGgbv538”. Later that same day, he added another post simply stating, “DC https://t.co/nmc49JXYfD”.
Continuing into the next day, Livingston shared another short update: “FBI https://t.co/HGgcGIDWDr” on August 13.
Livingston began serving in the Arizona State House in 2023 after succeeding Kelli Butler as representative for the state’s 28th House District. He is affiliated with the Republican Party.
