David Livingston, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 representing the state’s 28th House District, posted several messages on his X account on April 7, 2026.

In one post at 20:51 UTC, Livingston stated: “Another BIG WIN in court for President Trump and America https://t.co/ZJKG2ihp7X”.

Later that evening, at 21:11 UTC, he posted: “Captured another criminal Illegal https://t.co/iY1OmHPLhg”.

At 21:40 UTC, Livingston added another message: “Real tax refunds https://t.co/PT5sjkOvf9”.

Livingston began serving in the Arizona State House after being elected in 2023. He replaced Kelli Butler as the representative for the state’s 28th House District.
