David Livingston, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 representing the state’s 28th House District, posted a series of brief messages on his X (formerly Twitter) account on January 29, 2026.

At 15:16 UTC, Livingston wrote “More Fraud https://t.co/T2EpW3LY7Z”. One minute later, at 15:17 UTC, he posted “Jail time https://t.co/gykzoddfM0”. Later that day at 15:45 UTC, he shared another post stating simply “Virginia https://t.co/l5aPW8Y31j”.

Livingston began serving in the Arizona State House after being elected in 2023 to represent District 28. He succeeded Kelli Butler as state representative for the district.
