On August 27, 2025, Livingston posted “New York https://t.co/GnW3RO0TJA” at 13:04 UTC. Shortly after, he tweeted twice referencing “MAHA.” The first post at 13:15 UTC read “MAHA https://t.co/Uyf9j9A1Tj”, followed by another at 13:16 UTC stating “MAHA https://t.co/5TU6EpyU9e”.
Livingston began his term in the Arizona State House after being elected in 2023, succeeding Kelli Butler as representative for the state’s 28th House District.
