At 16:18 UTC, Livingston shared a post stating “Winning”. Minutes later, at 16:23 UTC, he posted another message reading “Life wins”. Shortly after, at 16:24 UTC, he published a third post with the single word “Hamas”.
Livingston assumed office following his election in 2023 to represent Arizona’s 28th House District. He succeeded Kelli Butler as state representative.
