At 12:52 p.m. UTC, Livingston wrote, “ICE https://t.co/hW4VQBK5e3”. Less than a minute later, at 12:53 p.m. UTC, he followed up with another post stating, “K12 https://t.co/YsBh06SMSm”. Later that day at 1:14 p.m. UTC, Livingston posted again with the message, “Democrats https://t.co/3IfLGcHq7J”.
Livingston assumed office after winning the election for Arizona’s 28th House District in 2023. He succeeded Kelli Butler as state representative.
