David Livingston, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 to represent the state’s 28th House District, posted several comments on his social media account on August 26, 2025.
In one post, Livingston questioned internet metrics by asking, “Which internet rate matters?” (August 26, 2025). Shortly after, he shared another message simply stating, “Democrats” (August 26, 2025). In a third post from the same day, he referenced an upcoming government survey with “2030 census” (August 26, 2025).
Livingston began serving as state representative for Arizona’s 28th House District after being elected in 2023. He succeeded Kelli Butler in this legislative role.
