At 16:25 UTC, Livingston shared a tweet simply stating “Florida https://t.co/W7A8363JKZ”. Four minutes later, at 16:29 UTC, he posted another message reading “RIP https://t.co/2UUgRM3sWt”. Later that day at 19:00 UTC, Livingston tweeted “#NACL https://t.co/JOllJo8wr8”.
Livingston assumed office after being elected in 2023 to represent Arizona’s 28th House District. He succeeded Kelli Butler as state representative.
