David Livingston, a Republican member of the Arizona State House representing the 28th District, posted several statements on his X (formerly Twitter) account on August 30, 2025.
In one post, Livingston expressed agreement with entrepreneur Elon Musk, stating “I agree with Elon https://t.co/HIgfxYNTet” (August 30, 2025). Shortly after, he published another message that simply read “ELIMINATED https://t.co/XRUdb4CFSY” (August 30, 2025). In a third post made later the same day, Livingston wrote “Amen https://t.co/eCF5E9yeIj” (August 30, 2025).
Livingston was elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 to represent the state’s 28th House District. He succeeded Kelli Butler as representative for that district.
