At 15:48 UTC, Livingston wrote “California Fraud https://t.co/CSoAKeWCbt”. Later that afternoon, he posted two additional messages. At 16:13 UTC, he tweeted “ELIMINATED https://t.co/ygaOjLu6xr”, and at 16:15 UTC he repeated the message with a different link: “ELIMINATED https://t.co/nXUdy1X8Da”.
Livingston was elected in 2023 to represent Arizona’s 28th House District, succeeding Kelli Butler as state representative.
