Less than a minute later, at 22:21 UTC, he followed up with another post stating “Another difference between Republicans and democrats https://t.co/0fgWQzV4Rn”. Shortly after, at 22:21 UTC, Livingston posted “Arrested https://t.co/x7XE8rjDrj”.
Livingston assumed office in the Arizona State House following his election in 2023. He succeeded Kelli Butler as the representative for the state’s 28th House District.
