David Livingston, a Republican who represents Arizona’s 28th House District, posted a series of brief statements on his social media account on August 28 and 29, 2025.
On August 28, Livingston wrote: “ELIMINATED https://t.co/FUaDQS7rJI”. The following day, he posted two more messages. At 00:48 UTC on August 29, he stated: “Correct, good riddance https://t.co/KP7258ieq7”. Less than a minute later, another post read: “ELIMINATED https://t.co/R1edeMLUp6”.
Livingston was elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 to represent the state’s 28th House District after succeeding Kelli Butler.
