David Livingston, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 representing the state’s 28th House District, recently posted a series of brief tweets referencing different U.S. states and a separate mention of “Hostages.”
On August 29, 2025, Livingston posted “Missouri https://t.co/uSlJcdk6tF”. Later that evening, on August 30, he followed with “Indiana https://t.co/nxgrYtrPAz”. Shortly after, he added another post: “Hostages https://t.co/Hb7uJrU0Wm”.
Livingston assumed office after replacing Kelli Butler as the representative for Arizona’s 28th House District in 2023.
