David Livingston, a Republican member of the Arizona State House representing the 28th District, posted several brief updates on his social media account on April 3, 2026.

At 19:41 UTC, Livingston posted “Guilty https://t.co/zLc6TqeA0g”. This was followed three minutes later by another post at 19:44 UTC stating “Criminal Illegals https://t.co/YJj16uNOpR”. Shortly after, at 19:45 UTC, he added an update with “Arizona Budget update https://t.co/xKxsdghnZx”.

Livingston began serving in the Arizona State House in 2023 after being elected to represent District 28. He succeeded Kelli Butler as the district’s representative.
