On March 13, Livingston wrote “Guilty https://t.co/UqPfbDfPSX”. Hours later, on March 14, he posted “RIP https://t.co/t8eSyQutc9”. Shortly after that, Livingston tweeted “Election reforms https://t.co/Mj8xvOye0p”.
Livingston was elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 for the state’s 28th House District, succeeding Kelli Butler. He has served as a public official since then and is affiliated with the Republican Party.
