In one post at 15:27 UTC, Livingston wrote “Redistricting https://t.co/55HfgihUOY”. Later that day, at 17:20 UTC, he made two identical posts stating “Captured https://t.co/nMhZjQL10G” and “Captured https://t.co/w09DyoiwdS”.

Livingston assumed office after replacing former state representative Kelli Butler. As a member of the Arizona State House, he has participated in legislative activities since his election in 2023.
