David Livingston, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 representing the 28th District, posted several messages on his social media account on August 14, 2025.
In an early morning post, Livingston wrote: “Comey lied to Congress https://t.co/UkVMbTCF2H” (August 14, 2025). Later that morning, he published a brief message referencing New York City: “NYC https://t.co/TdeGzeIRwQ” (August 14, 2025). In another post later that day, Livingston stated: “FBI IN DC https://t.co/rkF44Bf0iF” (August 14, 2025).
Livingston succeeded Kelli Butler as state representative for Arizona’s 28th House District after his election in 2023.
