On July 31, Livingston tweeted “North Carolina https://t.co/mpmFstDdVy” at 22:08 UTC. Minutes later, he posted another tweet stating “Mexico https://t.co/mM00HxWdpf” at 22:13 UTC. The following day, on August 1 at 00:42 UTC, Livingston tweeted “CONFIRMED https://t.co/U78u3v91DU”.
Livingston assumed office in the Arizona State House after winning election in 2023 for District 28, succeeding Kelli Butler as representative.
