David Livingston, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 representing the state’s 28th House District, recently posted a series of tweets addressing criminal activity and alleged fraud.

On February 10, 2026, Livingston wrote, “Captured another criminal Illegal https://t.co/GmnEH7mPOC”. Minutes later, he tweeted, “Minnesota Fraud https://t.co/oZn5L7Flpu”. Shortly after that post, Livingston added another message: “Minnesota Election Fraud https://t.co/s6TSTeHZeJ”.

Livingston began serving in the Arizona State House after being elected in 2023 to represent District 28. He succeeded Kelli Butler as state representative.
