David Livingston, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 representing the state’s 28th House District, posted a series of tweets on May 6, 2026 addressing issues related to crime and alleged fraud.

In his first tweet at 22:12 UTC, Livingston wrote: “Minnesota Fraud https://t.co/qwndl5FMBw”.

One minute later, at 22:13 UTC, he tweeted: “Captured another criminal Illegal https://t.co/0SgHMbvVEo”.

Later that evening at 23:27 UTC, Livingston posted a third tweet containing only a link: “https://t.co/EaJMvpMO6V”.

Livingston began serving in the Arizona State House after being elected in 2023. He succeeded Kelli Butler as representative for the state’s 28th House District.
