David Livingston, a Republican member of the Arizona State House, recently posted several brief statements on his social media account, touching on topics including Arizona’s Empowerment Scholarship Accounts (ESA), a world record, and alleged fraud in Maine.
On April 7, 2026, Livingston published a post about education policy in Arizona. He wrote: “Arizona ESA’S https://t.co/Ap0YCUUQ8u”.
A few minutes later, he made another post referencing a world record: “World Record https://t.co/l4JlKFKobg”.
Later that day, Livingston turned his attention to issues outside his home state with a third post stating: “Maine Fraud https://t.co/Y9IWu9et1x”.
Livingston was elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 to represent the state’s 28th House District, succeeding Kelli Butler. He is affiliated with the Republican Party.
