David Livingston, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 representing the state’s 28th House District, posted several statements on his social media account on August 30, 2025. The tweets addressed topics including border policy and the Supreme Court.
In a post made at 12:45 p.m. UTC, Livingston stated, “President Trump Border plan is working https://t.co/8l5hVTAdwg”.
A few minutes later, at 12:48 p.m. UTC, he posted another message referencing the nation’s highest court: “The Supreme Court https://t.co/84mVXmTFXE”.
At 12:51 p.m. UTC, Livingston published a third post simply stating: “Canceled https://t.co/s6BbCUJ0jg”.
Livingston began serving in the Arizona State House after winning election in 2023, succeeding Kelli Butler as representative for District 28.
