David Livingston, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 representing the state’s 28th House District, posted a series of tweets on February 22, 2026, referencing law enforcement actions and Mexico.

In his first post at 19:40 UTC, Livingston wrote: “Captured another criminal Illegal https://t.co/k5D7b6TpGC”. Shortly after, at 19:41 UTC, he tweeted: “Mexico https://t.co/Lnn2ItMnyQ”. Two minutes later, at 19:43 UTC, Livingston added: “ELIMINATED https://t.co/5DpamYldU2”.

Livingston began serving in the Arizona State House after winning election in 2023 for District 28. He succeeded Kelli Butler as state representative.
