David Livingston, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 representing the state’s 28th House District, posted several tweets on February 9 and 10, 2026.

On February 9, Livingston shared a post referencing North Carolina: “North Carolina https://t.co/AgyQXfw6VL”. Shortly after, he followed up with another tweet stating: “The winner https://t.co/2lmHW3WMCL”.

Later, on February 10, Livingston tweeted about law enforcement activity involving an undocumented immigrant: “Captured another criminal Illegal https://t.co/jU7diMRYPV”.

Livingston began serving in the Arizona State House after winning election in 2023. He succeeded Kelli Butler as the representative for District 28.
