David Livingston, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 to represent the state’s 28th House District, posted a series of tweets on February 10, 2026, referencing alleged fraud in Michigan and Minnesota.

At 18:49 UTC, Livingston tweeted “More Michigan Fraud https://t.co/WQ4AMUISAY”. Shortly after, at 18:52 UTC, he followed with another post stating “Minnesota Fraud https://t.co/CRSBS3PHJE”. Later that evening at 20:50 UTC, Livingston added a third tweet reading “ELIMINATED https://t.co/IoemOHlHEM”.

Livingston assumed office after winning his seat in the Arizona State House during the 2023 election cycle. He succeeded Kelli Butler as representative for District 28.
