David Livingston, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 to represent the state’s 28th House District, posted a series of brief statements on his social media account on June 2, 2026.
In one post, Livingston wrote, “Socialism doesn’t work” (June 2, 2026). Later that day, he published another message stating, “Fighting Fraud” (June 2, 2026). He followed this with a third post reading simply, “CONFIRMED” (June 2, 2026).
Livingston began serving in the Arizona State House after winning election in 2023 and succeeded Kelli Butler as the representative for the state’s 28th House District.
