On March 20, 2026, Livingston published a post stating “ELIMINATED https://t.co/U9LtgycSCx”. Later that day, he shared another update: “TSA WORKING https://t.co/CrJaKYl8bk”.
In a subsequent tweet on March 20, 2026, Livingston wrote “Another difference between Republicans and democrats https://t.co/wAg8SDmAhe”.
Livingston began representing Arizona’s 28th House District after being elected in 2023. He succeeded Kelli Butler as state representative.
