David Livingston, a Republican member of the Arizona State House representing the 28th District, posted a series of brief confirmations on his Twitter account in early August 2025.

On August 3, 2025, Livingston published three consecutive tweets. The first read: “CONFIRMED https://t.co/f3vDw6gOL0”. Shortly after, he posted another message: “CONFIRMED https://t.co/S1xvNOwbS2”. Minutes later, a third tweet followed with similar content: “CONFIRMED https://t.co/KY8xzVi4XG”.

Livingston was elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 to represent the state’s 28th House District. He succeeded Kelli Butler as state representative.
