David Livingston, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 representing the state’s 28th House District, posted a series of tweets on August 1 and 2, 2025, each simply stating “CONFIRMED” followed by a hyperlink.
On August 1, Livingston wrote: “CONFIRMED https://t.co/xQ2QpMMebZ”.
Later that day, on August 2, he posted two additional tweets. The first stated: “CONFIRMED https://t.co/h3RMoMdqZ7”. Minutes later, another tweet read: “CONFIRMED https://t.co/wYljTvttNF”.
Livingston began his term in the Arizona State House after winning election in 2023. He succeeded Kelli Butler as the representative for District 28.
