At 14:27 UTC, Livingston wrote, “ELIMINATED https://t.co/cqiiHAV0yi”. Shortly after, at 14:36 UTC, he posted again with the message “ELIMINATED https://t.co/PBzftxnwZ7”. A third post followed at 14:37 UTC stating “ELIMINATED https://t.co/SFSqEQpqWU”.
Livingston was elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 to represent District 28. He succeeded Kelli Butler as state representative for that district.
