David Livingston, a Republican member of the Arizona State House representing the 28th District, posted a series of brief statements on his social media account on March 14, 2026.
In three separate posts, Livingston wrote “Guilty https://t.co/64snIXs61h” at 19:13 UTC, followed by another post less than a minute later stating “Guilty https://t.co/xN4fClQaPZ”. A third message appeared at 19:17 UTC reading “ELIMINATED https://t.co/jz6RHqa6FP”.
Livingston was elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 to represent the state’s 28th House District. He succeeded Kelli Butler as state representative for that district.
