On April 3, 2026, Livingston wrote: “Captured another criminal Illegal https://t.co/3cSJKUDWFu”.

The following day, on April 4, he posted: “Wisconsin https://t.co/2mwIeTRlDs”.

Later that same day, Livingston added: “ELIMINATED https://t.co/x5U1fO7dM6”.

Livingston was elected to represent Arizona’s 28th House District in 2023, succeeding Kelli Butler. He is affiliated with the Republican Party and has used his platform to comment on various issues relevant to his constituency.
