On August 21, Livingston shared a message that read “Winning https://t.co/25SVDKNSTc”. Later that day, he posted another update stating “Conservative 5 https://t.co/dYnLMCosx6”. The following day, on August 22, Livingston wrote “North Carolina https://t.co/jbbArgXlTw”.
Livingston began serving in the Arizona State House after being elected in 2023. He succeeded Kelli Butler as the representative for the state’s 28th House District.
